Information Technology at Valiant Management and Holdings, LLC

The IT Department provides Valiant Management and its customers web based, desktop and mobile support. Using web based services, the Valiant Management IT department allows ours customers to fill out on-line daily reports and track the progress of day to day operations.

Our IT department provides desktop support to our computers in field, either by door to door or remote connection support. The IT department also provides management and support to our email and inventory systems.

We provide full life-cycle application development while designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages. Some of the other services of our IT Department supports include software analysis, software review, and software reliability analysis.

We use Object-Oriented Design and Analysis (OOD and OOA) to accomplish our goals. We also use front-end graphical user interface design to develop graphics for print and web.

Software testing and quality assurance is part of our IT culture. We support, maintain and document software functionality for our customers.

We also integrate software with existing systems, evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation. We are also responsible for project planning and project management throughout our organization.


Our IT Department provides the following services:

Complete setup of mobile devices, train users on how to use the device, update phones to the latest versions, provide installation of apps, provide complete testing of all mobile devices, and setup of email accounts.
